Arbor Barber is a licensed and bonded tree service.  Our aim is to ensure that your trees are healthy, safe and beautiful, and our work is done with efficiency and utmost care.   Each cut is made with careful forethought in order to minimize its negative impact on the health of your tree.  In addition, our tree service does not use chippers or bucket trucks, which means less disturbance for your neighbors and your wildlife. While a gas chainsaw is often necessary for larger cuts, we maximize the use of manual handsaws and smaller battery powered chainsaws to reduce noise and to make cleaner cuts wherever possible.  Last, but not least, just look at that name: Arbor Barber!  That's pretty clever.

Who IS the Arbor Barber??

My name is Geordie, and I am the Arbor Barber.  While I technically have no experience as an actual barber, I have a great passion for tree work, and the imagery conjured up by the rhyming name was too funny to pass up. Arbor Barber is my personal business, but I also work and liaison with two other local tree services, with 50 years of combined tree work experience between them.  I am dedicated to climbing and learning about trees.  I  am happy to say I wake up every day excited to do my job.
